What we work on

We keep our scope small on purpose. Each area below lists what we take on and what we do not.

Before you write in, the free browser tools are there for the small n8n, API, and webhook checks: compare two JSON payloads, see when a cron fires next, or build a retry key. They stay in your browser.

Automation (n8n, Make, workflows)

We take: broken or flaky n8n and Make scenarios, failing webhooks, missing retries and error handling, turning a manual spreadsheet routine into a workflow, writing down what an existing workflow actually does.

We don't take: workflows that send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, anything that needs us to hold your customers' personal data, rebuilding a whole platform.

Public-data collection

We take: collecting publicly available, non-personal data (prices, listings, catalogs, public documents) where the site's terms and robots.txt allow it, fixing collectors that broke after a site change, polite rate limiting, exports to CSV, Google Sheets or a database.

We don't take: login bypass, CAPTCHA solving or evasion, getting around terms of service or blocks, collecting personal data such as emails, phone numbers or profiles, paywalled content.

Bots

We take: Telegram, Discord and Slack bots for internal tasks and notifications, simple command bots, fixing a bot that stopped responding.

We don't take: spam bots, fake engagement (likes, reviews, follows), account farming, bots that pretend to be a person, bots that break platform rules.

Database troubleshooting (Postgres and MySQL/MariaDB only)

We take: slow queries and missing indexes, connection and lock problems, failed migrations, checking that backups can actually be restored.

We don't take: other database engines, working on live production without an agreed plan, keeping copies of your customer data, 24/7 on-call.

How we handle every job

  • We never touch live production without a written plan and a way to roll back.
  • We never hold your customers' personal data. We work with schemas, logs with personal data removed, or test data.
  • We quote only after we have reviewed the problem.
  • A deposit is paid before any build starts.
