How we work

Every job follows the same steps, so you always know what happens next.

1. Submit your problem. Use the form, email contact@anchorlabs.site, or message our Facebook Page. Tell us what breaks, how often, and what it costs you.
2. We review it. Within 2-3 business days you get a short written review, including an honest answer on whether we can help. Sometimes the answer is no.
3. Quote. If we can help and you want to go ahead, we send a written quote: scope, price, timeline and what is not included.
4. Deposit. Work starts after the deposit is paid. The payment method is agreed in the quote.
5. Work. We work on a staging copy or test data first and send short progress notes. Changes to live systems happen only with an agreed plan and your go-ahead.
6. Handover. You get what changed, how to run it, and how to roll it back. Any follow-up support is agreed in the quote.
